In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bt666", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bt666 platform, its operators, and their authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the bt666 platform or is accessing its services.
• "Platform" refers to the bt666 website accessible at bt666.io, including all betting, casino, and account management services provided therein.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held on the bt666 platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sports betting market, casino game, or other gaming product available through bt666.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held in a player's bt666 account at any given time, excluding any conditional bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by bt666 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Approved Payment Methods" refers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as currently accepted by bt666 for deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a player's account before certain account actions are permitted.

By accessing the bt666 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published on the bt666 platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bt666 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether oral or written. To register and maintain an account on bt666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be physically located within Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the bt666 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not hold any pre-existing account on the bt666 platform. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the point of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person in registering or operating your account.

bt666 may decline a registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued platform access, which remains conditional on ongoing compliance with these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the bt666 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where bt666 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, or device, all such accounts may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. bt666 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• Do not share your bt666 account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Contact bt666 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Enable OTP or two-factor authentication where available for enhanced account security.

bt666 will send account-related communications to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address is current and accessible. bt666 is not liable for missed communications resulting from an outdated or inaccessible registered email address.

All deposits to bt666 accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bt666 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. bt666 does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bt666 bears no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your bt666 account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a delay, players should allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. bt666 reserves the right to request verification of a deposit method before processing a withdrawal from the same account.

bt666 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited to your bt666 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the relevant account reviewed in line with bt666's anti-fraud procedures.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified bt666 players are processed within 1 to 3 business days of the request being submitted, subject to completion of any required KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bt666 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, processing fees applied by the receiving payment provider are outside bt666's control.

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, bt666 may require the player to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued national identity card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of the registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account displaying the account holder's name and mobile number).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by bt666's compliance team to satisfy KYC requirements.

All bets placed on bt666 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or market as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific market rules, the specific market rules shall prevail for the bet in question.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each market and may vary by sport, event, market type, and account status.
• Accepted bets are confirmed once a bet slip reference number is generated by bt666's system. Bets that fail to receive a confirmation reference are not considered accepted.
• Odds changes: bt666 reserves the right to alter odds up to the moment a bet is accepted. If odds change between your bet selection and confirmation, the platform will notify you of the revised price before you confirm.
• Void bets occur when a market is cancelled, an event is abandoned, or a result cannot be determined. Void bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.
• In-play betting is subject to additional rules regarding the timing of bet acceptance relative to match events. bt666 may void any in-play bet where the outcome was known to the bettor at the time of placement.
• Palpable errors: bt666 reserves the right to void bets where odds were offered as a result of a clear and demonstrable pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

bt666 offers cricket betting across BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, and international bilateral series. All cricket betting markets are governed by standard cricket betting rules with specific provisions for rain interruptions, reduced-over matches, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes. bt666 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games or markets, wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) has been met using eligible real-money wagers.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• bt666 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse of promotional mechanics — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting pricing errors — will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity window specified in the promotion terms, typically 7 to 30 days from issuance.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the bt666 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the bt666 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificial profits.
• Engaging in collusive betting, where two or more players coordinate wagers to achieve a guaranteed profit at the expense of the platform.
• Using the bt666 platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to access or use your bt666 account.

bt666 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and may disclose account information where required by applicable law or a valid legal order. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have any winnings derived from such conduct forfeited, and their account closed without recourse.

All content on the bt666 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of bt666 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bt666 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bt666 platform without prior written consent from bt666.

The bt666 name, logo, and all associated product names and marks are trademarks of bt666. Unauthorised use of any bt666 trademark, including in any meta-tag, keyword, or search optimisation context, is strictly prohibited.

bt666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on bt666, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bt666 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and management, identity verification and KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud detection and prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have provided the relevant consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bt666 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, even if bt666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bt666's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bt666 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bt666 is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions outside bt666's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or telecommunications failures.
• bt666 is not liable for the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or any other third-party service integrated into the platform.
• bt666 is not liable for any loss resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms or the specific rules applicable to a particular game or market.

bt666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a valid request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• A player's own request for permanent self-exclusion under the bt666 Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bt666 will retain any funds in the account balance until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, bt666 reserves the right to forfeit balances derived from prohibited activity. Legitimate balances held in good faith by players whose accounts are closed without cause will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may voluntarily close your bt666 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bets, outstanding withdrawal requests, or existing KYC requirements. bt666 may retain certain personal data following account closure for the period required by applicable law and its internal compliance obligations.

bt666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bt666 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the bt666 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting bt666 support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. bt666 operates as an online platform targeting the Bangladesh market and acknowledges its obligation to operate in a manner consistent with the laws and regulations applicable to its player base. All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits bt666's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraudulent activity, intellectual property infringement, or security breaches.
